1. FERC Staff Report titled A National Assessment of Demand Response Potential from June 2009
and
2. FERC Staff Report Discussion Draft on Possible Elements of a National Action Plan on Demand Response from October 2009

and, mark your calendars - due by June 2010: the Demand Response National Action Plan.
